Dr. Charles D. Goebel

Dr. Charles D. Goebel was born in Fort Wayne, IN. Dr. Goebel is the second youngest of seven children. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Ball State University, and Medical Degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Goebel did a one-year internship at Botsford General Hospital followed by a 3-year residency in Pediatrics at William Beaumont Hospital in Detroit, MI. He is a member of the University of Texas Teaching Faculty and former chairman of the Pediatric Department at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. Dr. Goebel and his wife have two beautiful daughters.

Dr. Jenelle C Wong

Dr. Jenelle C Wong graduated cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley in 1992. Dr. Wong received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 1996. She then went on to finish her three year specialty training in pediatrics at the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center. After being in solo practice in Plano for a year, she was invited to merge her practice with Pediatric Specialists of Plano in April 2001. Dr. Wong and her husband have two delightful boys

Dr. Jeffrey B. Berkowitz

Dr. Jeffrey B. Berkowitz grew up in Framingham, MA. Dr. Berkowitz graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 and received his Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine in 1996. He went on to complete his internship and residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas in 1999. He was in practice in Lewisville for three years, when he was invited to join Pediatric Specialists of Plano in 2002. Dr. Berkowitz and his wife have two wonderful daughters

Dr. Julie A. Messner

Dr. Julie A. Messner and her husband Greg, have four children. Three wonderful sons, and a delightful daughter. Dr. Messner graduated from Missouri State University prior to receiving her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her pediatric residency was at San Antonio Military Pediatric Center. She served in the U.S. Army as a pediatrician at Fort Hood, Texas and West Point, New York before joining private pediatric practices in Houston, TX and St. Louis, MO.
