Information

APPOINTMENTS

Our receptionists and nurses are available to help you during office hours with questions and scheduling visits. We will make every effort to see ill children on a same-day basis. Well-child visits should be scheduled 4-6 weeks ahead of time (preferably at the preceding sick or well visit). If your child has a special problem (learning, behavioral, bed-wetting, chronic pain), please inform the receptionist so that we allow time to discuss these with you.

ROUTINE PHONE CALLS

Routine phone calls should be made during regular business hours. Our nurses return calls in the order in which they are received, but also in order of urgency. Please have a pharmacy number ready if you feel a prescription may need to be called in.
